The Tasting Room - The first round

Bad Attitude Craft Beer Our gurus have answered the call. They have received, rejected, chilled, uncorked, poured and drank. It wrote, frankly and bluntly, just as we asked.
We present, in random order as usual, the reviews of Hipster and Rudolph.

Starting from Hipster . "The nose emerged pleasant aromas of biscuit and malt, as well as a spice is not well defined ( Beer Chronicles ) ... "Sugar, alcohol in the throat" ( Hoppy Hour- ) ... "I, for example, I heard a fruity apricot and a hint of honey and a few more minutes after a thin spicy," ( Birragenda ) ... "The nose immediately feel a strong odor of alcohol and then a smell of spices (coriander). Alcohol can feel in the mouth and nose back soon. Slightly bitter, almost sweet (honestly I like well-hopped beers) "( Aizercast ) ..." Soon enough I found it drinkable carbonated than the alcohol, but of course you should try to drink it without looking at the label "( Birrophilia ) ... , "The nose takes its atypical beer, with a strong spicy scent of coriander, light pepper, alcohol, resins of hops and yeast with the return of the crust of bread and a hint of malt. The mouth is medium carbonation with a shot of spicy and sweet at the beginning dolciotto decimated by a bitter but not very strong but certainly persistent "( Compass Beer ) ..." The mouth is more pilsner, very, very
it is a dry beer, slides fairly quickly in the mouth thanks to a fairly small body, and leaves a definite dry mouth. "( Voppebeer ) ..." The high alcohol content compared to a classic pils is not excessive, however, leave a little space to the component given by spicy coriander ( Amolabirra ) ... "Among the fragrances that they feel closer to the nose to the glass stands out among a pleasant smell of orange peel and citrus. "( Beertravels ) ..." On the palate it is pervaded by the power of alcohol and the "sweetness" data from the malts used, the bitterness is very low and the spicy feel progressively more when the beer starts to warm up. "( Cantina 132) ..." The brief and fleeting mentions the presence of the smell of orange blossom, citrus and a light coriander, while a probable hops from dry hopping tinged with its fresh aroma notes ( Berebirra ).

The following is a "report card" of Rudolph. "You throw in the analysis olfactory and discover a world of intriguing scents, where the spices of course play a leading role. They are easily distinguishable, as you may perceive a hint of fruit in spirit. "( Beer Chronicles ) ..." Long, well balanced by an earthy bitterness, alcohol leads to ( Hoppy Hour-) ... " complex aroma, spice imaginable now though, not having read the first notes, I have hit just the cinnamon. "( Birragenda ) ..." The high alcohol is well hidden behind the beautiful balance of sweet malt and the aroma of hops. In the glass, the foam looks nice now, especially abundant and lasting. "( Aizercast ) ..." 'balance: I'm not a big fan of the vast sea of "winter beer" frequently because they are not balanced. Rudolph instead succeeds in the enterprise. That goes hand in hand with ... "( Birrophilia ) ..." The nose is a twisted game of spices, with a primarily juniper, then ginger, yeast, alcohol, an idea of something exotic and a malty that reminds us of the sweetness. Sweetness in the mouth but there is now covered with spices and hops, spices evidendente especially with a call given by the juniper. "(The Compass Beer ) ..." After a tasting, Rudolph stands in the very bitter and again the sweet taste of the spices used. Maybe too exciting for a Christmas beer .. After a sip the restrogusto nice to leave a strong and persistent bitter. "( Beertravels ) ..." the alcohol (8.34%) is not absolutely uncomfortable and indeed, serves to support the sweetness of Rudolph with the arrogance of hops and notes of pungent spices. The mouth remains a bouquet of flavors that warms the mouth and the mind of the drinker. "( Cantina 132) ..." The nose floral and spicy dictate the character of this gentle exhalation, and makes its way to the image of hops character, very strong and heady. Sipping the carbonation pushes the exaltation of flavor already sniffed through the exile of the body and a slight astringency nice. "( Berebirra ) ...

Thanks again to all of our guru. We will ship soon as the second round of Tasting Room ... Keep an eye on the mail boxes.
